Synopsis
How could a young teenage girl, alone on a lonely road at
night in pouring down rain, and fleeing from a would be rapist, being hit by a car, become a survivor? These very events would lead to her
getting a new home and a better way of life.
How Could a girl in Japan become part of Erick’s life and be
counted among the survivors?
The story thread deals with people who’s lives touched
Erick’s life in one way or another.
Author Biography
John H. Turner Jr.
John H. Turner Jr. lives in South Carolina and has written two
books, Daddy, Could You Love Me? released in 2004, and Before We Disappear, released in 2007. He is also a song writer
and published poet.
Some of Turner’s life experience from the time he spent in the
Air Force in the 1940s in Japan is incorporated in the character of Erick.
